Tyrone Tracy stepped up in Brandon Smith’s absence to get Iowa in the end zone first against Northwestern.

The redshirt freshman hauled in a pass on third-and-10 from midfield before slipping out of a tackle and taking it all the way.

The score gave the Hawkeyes a 7-0 lead in the first quarter.
