Iowa City residents voted in the general election at numerous polling locations around town during Election Day on Tuesday.

“I voted to make sure my opinion has an impact,” University of Iowa second-year Sophia Claus said after voting at the UI Campus Recreation and Wellness Center in Iowa City.
