Patrick Halma is a first-year student at the University of Iowa majoring in Sports and Recreation Management. This is his first year as a sports reporter with The Daily Iowan. Patrick hopes to one day be a professional play-byplay announcer or an athletics director for high school. In his off time you can find him at sporting events or at home racing on the professional Sim racing service Iracing.
