Photos: Bars Reopening (Night Two)
On the second nigh of the weekend, students flocked downtown to the recently reopened bars. Gov. Kim Reynolds issued a proclamation last Friday allowing bars to reopen in Johnson and Story county on Oct. 5 at 12:10 .m. This is the first weekend bars are reopen.
