An Iowa City woman has been accused of forgery, unauthorized use of a credit card, and third-degree theft.

Raichel Kay Stewart, 26, 2100 S. Scott Blvd., Iowa City, was charged Sept. 3 with forgery, unauthorized use of a credit card, and third-degree theft. 

According to the arrest affidavit, Stewart was the last known person with access to the victims credit card, and was recorded on security footage assisting another person withdraw $400 from the credit card at a U.S Bank ATM. 

Forgery is a class D felony.
