The UI billing office and the UI Registrar’s office recently combined services to create one location for students to find information regarding their U-bill, transcripts, security of student records, graduation and diploma services and more. The UI Service Center now has a staff that can provide a variety of services to help all students meet their needs. DITV spoke with Tamara Smith, director of Billing Account Services & ID Card Programs, about the change.
