Film: Roe v. Wade Protests
On Friday, June 24, the United States Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. The 6-3 decision ruled that abortion is not a federal right, leaving it to the states to decide. Protesters took to the Pentacrest and the streets of Iowa City on Friday and Saturday with speeches and marches against the court’s decision.
