Cassie Rizer, a University of Iowa freshman, is seen on Sunday, March 7, 2021 studying with friends. I am really happy to see the weather getting warmer, Cassie said, Im glad I can go outside again.  The high for the weekend was 65 degrees, a big difference from the months of Iowa winter.
