According to a Johnson County Sheriff’s Office complaint, Moreno-Guzman fled on foot from a traffic stop. He later entered a garage and was found in one of the cars by the residents of the house.

Moreno-Guzman fled from the garage and was later found by deputies a few blocks away. He had several items on him that allegedly did not belong to him, the complaint said.
