Authorities have accused a Coralville man of possessing marijuana and intending to deliver it.

Gabriel Garcia-Lair, 22, was charged with a controlled-substance violation on July 15.

According to online court documents, officers conducted a controlled purchase of marijuana.

Officers used an informant to call Garcia-Lair.

Garcia-Lair reportedly said he could provide the marijuana, met with the informant, and sold marijuana to him.

Officers then collected the marijuana.

Controlled-substance violation is a Class-D felony.
