The Houston Texans signed former Iowa quarterback Ricky Stanzi to their practice squad Tuesday.
The ex-Hawkeye signal caller is now on his third NFL team after a two-year stint in Kansas City and spending last season in Jacksonville.
He was a fifth-round pick in the 2011 NFL draft; he went 26-9 in his Iowa career.
