A Coralville man has been accused of breaking the windows in a neighbor’s car and assaulting him.
According to a Coralville police complaint, Eduardo Moron-Zartillo, 42, 946 Boston Way Apt. 3, was charged Tuesday with second-degree criminal mischief.
Moron-Zartillo was allegedly intoxicated when he became upset with a neighbor for unknown reasons. Physical altercations broke out when he allegedly assaulted the neighbor and broke the side and rear windows of the car.
