The city staff has proposed that the duration of a mobile-vending permit be changed from one year to three years in order to provide consistency.
The city staff would also like to limit the ownership interest to three carts.
The city councilors will discuss the first consideration of the proposed ordinance at their next meeting, Nov. 13. An ordinance requires three readings.
