More parents of students at Iowa regent institutions can’t contribute to their child’s tuition, according to a new state Board of Regents report.
According to the Annual Student Financial Aid Study, the number of students with no expected family contribution increased by 66 percent to 1,997 students. That’s approximately 8 percent of the total number of students at the three schools.
