To capitalize on the growing Hawkeye spirit in the community, the UI will host two festivals. Tonight’s Hawkapalooza bash features a free concert by Grammy-nominated rapper Lupe Fiasco, and Friday’s Fry Fest — a “celebration of all that is Hawkeye” — culminates in a performance by country-blues legend Charlie Daniels.
