James McCurtis, Opinions Columnist

James McCurtis is a third-year student at the University of Iowa with majors in Journalism and Mass Communications and Ethics and Public Policy. He is currently an Opinions Columnist for The Daily Iowan. During his time in Washington D.C., James interned at Podville Media and Ventana Productions as a production assistant. Outside of The Daily Iowan, James serves as a writer and editor of Nuru, the university’s African American newspaper.
