Dustin Roy Martin, 31, was charged Dec. 1 with third degree burglary, possession of a controlled substance, and armed with a 5 to 8 inch blade. 

According to the arrest affidavit, the victim reported a bike stolen from a secured parking garage at an apartment complex on Prentiss Street. The defendant was identified on the security camera tapes taking breaking into the garage and taking the bike.
