A Michigan man was charged with sexual abuse.

Gregory Hills, of Pontiac, Michigan, 56, was charged Nov. 10 with third degree sexual abuse in Iowa City. 

According to the arrest affidavit, the victim was riding home in a cab on March 18 2016, going in and out of conscience due to being intoxicated. The victim came to in a bedroom where the the defendant was trying to perform oral sex on the victim. The next memory the victim has is waking up in his own bedroom. The DNA from the sexual assault kit matched the defendant’s. The victim does not know the defendant, according to the affidavit.
