An Iowa City man was charged for allegedly possessing items from an unoccupied vehicle.
Todd Mullen, 18, was charged Sept. 13 with three counts of second-offense third-degree burglary.
According to a North Liberty police complaint, Mullen was located with property he did not have permission to have from inside an unoccupied vehicle.
The owner identified the property and confirmed that he did not have permission to obtain the property.
Third-degree burglary is a Class-D felony.
