The state Board of Regents will have a presentation on sexual misconduct as well as training on Sept. 11.
Saunie Schuster will present an update on the legal landscape of sexual misconduct on campus for the regents.
Schuster is partner with the National Center for Higher Educations Risk Management, a legal consulting firm, and a managing partner of Schuster & Clifford, a law practice devoted exclusively to education law.
Sheila Koppin, the communications director for the regents, said this meeting is said to be for the new regents who have yet to participate in the training, as well as to allow the public to receive the training.
