A Hills woman has charged with driving while intoxicated.
Kimberly Alexander, 47, was charged Monday with third-offense OWI and driving while barred as a habitual offender.
According to a Johnson County Sheriff’s Office complaint, Alexander was allegedly found to be intoxicated and had red bloodshot eyes and a strong odor of ingested alcohol.
Alexander was barred from driving as a habitual offender from Nov. 23, 2010, until Nov. 22, 2014, according to the complaint.
Driving while barred as a habitual offender is an aggravated misdemeanor.
Third-offense OWI is a Class-D felony.
