North Liberty police arrested an Illinois man after he allegedly attempted to break into several vehicles with the help of two juveniles.
Timothy Lee Eugene Brown, 18, was charged Tuesday with using a juvenile to commit two counts of attempted burglary and two counts of third-degree burglary.
Complaints said Brown allegedly ran away from an officer on patrol in Holiday trailer park.
Officers said they eventually apprehended three suspects, later learning Brown had allegedly conspired with one minor to burgle vehicles while the other acted as a lookout.
The report said Brown allegedly attempted to steal property from vehicles parked in four lots of the trailer park, and undisclosed stolen property was later located in three backpacks.
