The University of Iowa Museum Studies program is celebrating its 100-year anniversary in an exhibit at the Old Capitol Museum, according to a university press release. The exhibit will remain open throughout the summer.

The exhibit features photographs and artifacts from the program’s history and highlights coursework and student involvement in museum work, according to the release.

Officials started the program in the fall of 1910.
