Two University of Iowa College of Liberal Arts and Sciences faculty members were recognized in the school for their efforts in diversity and community engagement, according to a press release.
Vincent Rodgers, a professor of physics, received the Diversity Award, and Mary Cohen, an assistant professor of music education, received the Outreach and Public Engagement award, according to the release.
The awards were presented at the college’s faculty honors reception April 18.
