Maxwell man accused of marijuana possession

Authorities have accused a Maxwell, Iowa, man of possessing marijuana.
Ethan Cozad, 21, was charged April 11 with first-offense possession of marijuana and a controlled-substance violation.
According to the arrest affidavit, the Johnson County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at Cozad’s residence and found marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Cozad also allegedly sold $150 worth of marijuana to undercover officers.
A controlled-substance violation is a Class-D felony.
