Coralville woman accused of beating child with belt

Authorities have accused a Coralville woman of beating her child with a studded belt.

Tierra Robinson, 26, was charged Feb. 20 with child endangerment causing bodily injury.

According to the arrest affidavit, Robinson allegedly used a studded belt to whip her 8-year-old daughter’s arms and legs.

Child endangerment causing bodily injury is a Class-D felony.
