Warrant out for a North Liberty man for forgery, theft
October 11, 2018
Authorities have issued an arrest warrant for a North Liberty man, accusing him of using stolen checks.
Jonathan Bosques, 31, has been charged with forgery and second-degree theft.
According to the arrest affidavit, Bosques cashed a forged payroll check on April 18.
Bosques never worked for the business that the check was written from, the affidavit said, and the business did not issue Bosques a check.
Forgery and second-degree theft are Class-D felonies.
