Authorities have issued a warrant for an Oxford, Iowa, woman on a sexual-abuse charge.

Dannylle Hillier, 22, is suspected of third-degree sexual abuse occurring on Nov. 1, 2017.

According to the affidavit, Hillier went to the victim’s house and performed a sex act on a 13-year-old male.

The victim’s stepfather walked in during the assault, the affidavit said.

Third-degree sexual abuse is a Class-C felony.
