The Iowa City School district recently filled several administrative positions for the upcoming school year.
According to a press release, the School District filled several positions at the high-school, junior-high, and elementary-school level.
“We are very pleased to have selected new administrators who will carry on the excellent tradition of quality leadership in our buildings,” Superintendent Steve Murley said in the release.
One of the new positions being filled is West High’s assistant principal. Colby Miller served as an administrator in Cedar Rapids and is a University of Iowa alum.
Some of the other positions include the Southeast Junior High principal, City High athletics director, the Wood assistant principal, and the Hoover Elementary principal.
