The Iowa City City Council will hold a public hearing approving plans for the construction of the Public Works Complex Warm Storage Building Project.
The project involves constructing a building on the Public Works Complex for winter vehicle storage, according to city documents. The building would be located on South Gilbert Street between Napoleon Lane and McCollister.
The estimated cost of the project is roughly $178,000.
The councilors will hold a public hearing June 19 and consider a resolution approving the project’s plans, specifications, and estimated cost.
