A UI Cambus collided with a pole near the UI College of Nursing on Monday evening.

Around 8:30 p.m., the Cambus hit the pole at the intersection of Newton Road and Riverside Drive, said Cambus employee Jon Sullivan.

Cambus officials said the crash occurred on slippery road conditions, and the bus slid down the hill before striking the pole. There were no injuries.
