Iowa Supreme Court Chief Justice Susan Christensen delivered the 2025 State of the Judiciary at the Iowa State Capitol in Des Moines on Wednesday, Jan. 15.
Christensen mentioned the prioritization of contract attorneys, modernization of the magistrate system, and attention to the juvenile court system. This was Christensen’s fifth delivery of the State of the Judiciary.
