Carver-Hawkeye Arena hosted an exhibition women’s basketball game between Iowa and Truman State. The Hawkeyes defeated the Bulldogs 102-32. This was the first basketball game in Carver-Hawkeye Arena with fans since March 3, 2020, with attendance at 4,700. At a press conference after the game, Iowa guard Caitlin Clark spoke about having fans back. “It was pretty awesome. Kind of made me a little more nervous than usual but it was super awesome.”
