According to the arrest affidavit, on Dec. 9, Cantu stole a wallet from Biotest and used the victim’s credit card to make purchases at Kum & Go. A 16-year-old, juvenile female accompanied Cantu during the theft and the use of the credit card. Cantu and the juvenile were identified using Kum & Go’s surveillance footage, the affidavit said.
