A North Liberty man has been accused of sexually abusing a child under the age of 12.

Bryan Bolling, 56, was charged on Oct. 25 with second degree sexual abuse and four counts of third-degree sexual abuse. A warrant was issued for Bolling’s arrest on Oct. 25.

According to the arrest affidavit, Bolling had the victim climb on top of him while he made contact with the victim’s vagina with his penis sometime between August 2015 and June 2016.

Between May 2017 and August 2017, while the victim was 12 years old, Bolling had vaginal intercourse and anal intercourse with the victim. In both cases, the victim said she was hurt. In this time period, Bolling also performed on and received oral sex from the victim, the affidavit said.

In November 2018, when the victim was 13, Bolling used his fingers and a vibrator to penetrate the victim while touching her breasts, the affidavit said.

Bolling is yet to be taken into custody.

Second-degree sexual abuse is a Class-B felony. Third-degree sexual abuse is a Class-C felony.
