Power Rankings

1. Ohio State

I bet Ohio State will score a touchdown when it plays Michigan.

2. Wisconsin

Jonathan Taylor has my (hypothetical) Heisman vote.

3. Penn State

Can it just play Ohio State already?

4. Michigan

Still not impressed.

5. Iowa

It’ll score a touchdown against Penn State, right? Right?

6. Michigan State

Iowa’s alternate uniforms > Michigan State’s alternate uniforms.

7. Minnesota

Wait, Minnesota is undefeated?

8. Nebraska

Preseason Big Ten West favorites.

9. Maryland

It has already been very weird season for the Terrapins.

10. Indiana

Remember when Nate Stanley threw six touchdowns against the Hoosiers?

11. Northwestern

The reigning Big Ten West champs are in need of a win.

12. Illinois

At least Lovie Smith has an outstanding beard.

13. Purdue

Is anything going to go right for Purdue this season?

14. Rutgers

New coach, same result.

Big Ten Matchups

 No. 16 Michigan vs. Illinois

11 a.m. | ABC

Illinois may not do much on offense against Michigan, but it’ll likely do more damage to the Wolverine defense than Iowa did.

Rutgers vs. Indiana

11 a.m. | BTN

There will be some very loyal fans in the stands for this one. Then again, there might not be.

Maryland vs. Purdue

11 a.m. | BTN

I think this may be another one of those games where the Maryland offense decides to score a lot of points. Poor Purdue.

Michigan State vs. No. 8 Wisconsin

2:30 p.m. | BTN

I would imagine that Jonathan Taylor won’t have 5 touchdowns again this week, but I will never doubt him.

No. 10 Penn State vs. No. 17 Iowa

6:30 p.m. | ABC

Penn State is coming into Kinnick Stadium for a night game. Iowa is wearing alternate uniforms and the crowd will be there in full force for the annual American Needs Farmers game, which this year is also the Black and Gold spirit game. All signs point to Iowa winning this game, except maybe for last week’s offensive performance.

Nebraska vs. Minnesota

6:30 p.m. | FS1

Which result would be worse for Iowa fans, Minnesota winning and moving to 6-0 or Nebraska winning a game in general?
