Authorities have accused a Burlington man of driving while intoxicated on Mehaffey Bridge Road.

Ronald Graham, 52, has been charged with third OWI.

According to the arrest affidavit, Graham was driving on Mehaffey Bridge Road with his headlights and taillights off. Graham was arrested for driving while barred and refused any sobriety tests.

Third OWI is a Class-D felony.
