Vehicles, persons of interest identified in June 13 shooting

Iowa City police have reportedly found the vehicles involved in the June 13 shooting on the 1200 block of Baker Street, along with people associated with them, according to a statement released by the department

Police located the two vehicles reportedly involved in the shooting, a white Chevrolet Lumina and silver Chevrolet Malibu, on the evening of June 13, according to the press release, and they are being held for the investigation.

The police have identified some people they believe to be associated with the vehicles, and they are considered “persons of interest.” No arrests have been made at this time, according to the release.
