Authorities have accused an Iowa City woman of breaking into the former location of the Bochner Chocolate Factory.

Christina Fleming, 32, address unknown, was charged March 28 with third-degree burglary.

According to an arrest affidavit, Fleming allegedly pried open a safe and file cabinets at the old chocolate factory in order to steal money and a passport. Fleming had been sleeping in a closet at the building.

Third-degree burglary is a Class-D felony.
