A Coralville man has been accused of possessing marijuana.

Kejuan Winters, 20, was charged Feb. 13 with a controlled substance violation and failure to affix drug stamp.

According to the arrest affidavit, Winters was pulled over for a traffic violation. His car allegedly smelled of marijuana. When officers searched the vehicle, they found 144 grams of marijuana.

Failure to affix drug stamp is a Class-D felony.
