Coralville man accused of marijuana possession
Authorities have accused a Coralville man of possessing marijuana.

David Jenkins, 20, was charged Nov. 2 with a controlled-substance violation, third or subsequent possession of marijuana, and second-offense OWI.
According to the arrest affidavit, Jenkins was pulled over for failing to yield to an ambulance. Officers reported a strong smell of marijuana coming from Jenkin’s car.
During a probable cause search of Jenkin’s vehicle, officers found three bags of marijuana and a scale with marijuana residue on it.
Controlled-substance violation is a Class-D felony.
