Authorities have accused a Tiffin woman of stealing a car.

Jacquelyn Somers, 49, Tiffin, Iowa, was charged Sept. 27 with second-degree theft.

According to the arrest affidavit, Somers stole a vehicle worth less than $10,000 and was caught on surveillance video.

Second-degree theft is a Class-D felony.
