Iowa City woman accused of stealing $1,567 worth of items

Authorities have accused an Iowa City woman with stealing items valued at $1,567.

Asia Ricks, 27, 964 Benton Drive, has been charged with second-degree theft.

According to the arrest affidavit, Ricks broke into a residence, stole items, and sold them to Money and More, where the owner later found the stolen items.

Second-degree theft is a Class-D felony.
