Authorities have accused an Iowa City man of sexual abuse.

David Lemon, 19, 2458 Lakeside Drive, was charged with two counts of third-degree sexual abuse. A no-contact order on Lemon has also been requested by a female.

According to the arrest affidavit filled out on Oct. 25, the female reported Lemon had sexual intercourse and oral sex with her more than once when she was 13 and 14 years old. The affidavit lists the first incidence to have occurred between January and May 2016, and the second incidence occurred between May and July of 2017.

Lemon admitted to these acts, the affidavit said, and he told officers he knew the female’s age. Lemon is more than four years older than the victim, the affidavit said.

Third-degree sexual abuse is a Class-C felony.
