The University of Iowa Police issued a crime alert on Friday regarding a report of sexual assault that occurred on campus.

According to the alert, the sexual assault occurred on April 17 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics and was perpetrated by an acquaintance.

This is the 14th reported sexual misconduct of the 2015-16 school year under the federal Clery crime disclosure act.
