Authorities have accused a Davenport man of stealing property from dorm rooms.

James Hua, 19, was charged with 11 counts of second-degree burglary on Feb. 1.

According to online court documents, Hua and two other suspects entered 12 unlocked dorm rooms in Quadrangle and stole property from the rooms.

The amount of property taken valued more than $13,000.

Second-degree burglary is a Class-C felony.
