The Iowa River Landing on Thursday announced that a new business will open, the Luxe Zone,.

The new location will occupy the space between Winestyles and 30hop.

The Luxe Zone offers professional interior-design services for both commercial and residential design.

“The Luxe Zone is more than a furniture studio — it’s a lifestyle center,” Jan Finlyason, the president and principal designer, said in the release. “Our goal is to provide our clients with exceptional service while creating a path to a more inspired lifestyle through great design.”

The release states the new location will be able to offer expanded space to host larger events including its monthly wine club.

The business is scheduled to open in June.
