At a joint meeting onJan. 26, community IDs will be at the forefront of discussion.
The identifications would serve as something that could be used by those who do not have state-issued IDs.
During the previous meeting, Johnson County Supervisor Janelle Rettig told The Daily Iowan demand for the IDs was fairly high, but the logistics had not been worked out yet.
Rettig said there was a list of 700 who had shown interest in the IDs.
