Authorities have accused a Coralville man with driving while intoxicated.

Michael Wolinsky, 26, was charged Dec. 13 with a third-offense OWI.

According to online court documents, Wolinsky was involved in a property damage accident before fleeing the scene.

Wolinsky smelled strongly of alcohol, had blood-shot eyes, and was unable to maintain his balance.

Third-offense OWI is a Class-D felony.
