Iowa football players Austin Blythe, Carl Davis, and Brandon Scherff have all been named to the Rotary Lombardi Award Watch List, the award committee announced Monday. The trophy is presented annually to the best lineman or linebacker in college football.

Blythe started all 13 games at center last season for Iowa and is a member of the Rimington Award Watch List.
Davis tallied 42 tackles as a junior and is on the Bednarik Award Watch list and the Outland Trophy Watch List.
Scherff was named the team’s offensive MVP as a junior and is on the Outland Trophy Watch List.
